Moon's Story:
This is a horse who we were able to save from Red Orchard Animal Rescue where a mass amount of horses were starved and many died! Moon was one of 40+ animals kept by ROAR when 65+ were ordered to be relinquished and were sold to Rail Lazy H Contractor (who rounded up all of the Alpine Wild Horses out of Arizona!) Jackie Hughes, for a mere $0.38 per horse!
We were able to bring a group of 12 home to Nirvana and begin the long road back to health. This group is incredibly friendly and LOVE treats!!
Moon is one of the ore shy members of the group, but she will take a sniff every now and then and then continue to watch curiously from a distance. She's become great friends with owner surrender Zapata!
