Alice's Story:
This is a horse who we were able to save from Red Orchard Animal Rescue where a mass amount of horses were starved and many died! Alice was one of 40+ animals kept by ROAR when 65+ were ordered to be relinquished and were sold to Rail Lazy H Contractor (who rounded up all of the Alpine Wild Horses out of Arizona!) Jackie Hughes, for a mere $0.38 per horse!
We were able to bring a group of 12 home to Nirvana and begin the long road back to health. This group is incredibly friendly and LOVE treats!!
Alice is one of the most friendly horses in this group! She always approaches looking for treats. She is also hands down the boss mare in the group! She's bold and does not hesitate to boss the others around at all!
