Just a week before they were dumped at auction Unity & Serenity were running free in the wild lands of Arizona on reservation land.... their whole world came crumbling apart when they were captured.
Serenity was fighting in the chute being processed in for the auction. Banging on the walls. Pawing at the ground.
All she wanted was to get back to her mom...
We found them both at auction that day in October 2025 - Serenity and Unity — and we made sure we didn't leave without them.
Unity arrived at the sanctuary with news nobody knew yet...
A baby girl momma Unity carried in her belly this whole time. Baby Serendipity met new life in freedom on shaky legs. Her eyes are soft as she takes in the whole world for the very first time, her family surrounding her og) (we rescued this entire family band, including brothers Oscar & Oliver!)
This baby will never experience the horrors of being rounded up and sent to auction to face the kill buyers like her big sister had to.
