"Cord of Three" features the beautiful Alpine Wild Horse Thunder, his absolute best friend Renegade, and their friend Tornado! All three of them are Alpine Wild Horses rounded up from the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest who went through a barely advertised online auction along with their entire family band of ten, placing them in immense danger of being purchased by the only other party interested- a kill buyer bidding on every horse and winning the bids on every horse our group of rescues didn't bid on to ship across the border for slaughter. By the grace of God, we were able to bring their whole family, Charger's Band, to Nirvana in the summer of 2023! They are now enjoying life in sanctuary, unbothered, and most importantly, FREE! This image emphasizes the incredible bonds that tie wild horses together. No matter what they go through, their bonds remain STRONG and immoveable!
