Boone's Story:
Boone ended up dumped in the McLean TX Kill Pen, awaiting slaughter. He came in with Madoc, another BLM gelding. The two were saved as part of the group our supporters made it possible to save- we call them the Lucky 10!
Madoc and Boone are best friends and still remain within the Lucky 10 group even though they have now joined our big herd. Boone has zero interest in human interaction though he will curiously watch from a distance!
He has the most kind eyes, and is a great protector to one of the Lucky 10- Lucky's filly who was born in the summer of 2025!
