Joy's Story:
Joy was rounded up from her wild home by the Bureau of Land Management. She was adopted by someone who put a stud in with the group of mares they adopted so they would be pregnant and heavier and therefore more desirable to the kill buyers who frequent the slaughter pipeline. Joy, along with Noelle, Vixen, and Holly, ended up in the McLean TX Kill Pen, destined to ship to slaughter.
We hope several mustang angels will step in and allow us to rescue Joy from this horrible fate she now faces!! We need several people to sponsor her monthly care costs. For as little as $0.50 per day, YOU can be the lifeline for this beautiful mare in need!
