Holly's Story:
Holly was rounded up from her wild home by the Bureau of Land Management. She was adopted by someone who put a stud in with the group of mares they adopted so they would be pregnant and heavier and therefore more desirable to the kill buyers who frequent the slaughter pipeline. Holly, along with Noelle, Vixen, and Joy, ended up in the McLean TX Kill Pen, destined to ship to slaughter.
Holly arrived home to Nirvana thanks to our incredible supporters who have vowed to support her monthly and allowed us to save her from the slaughter pipeline! Holly is an incredibly beautiful mare, who is very shy but curious. She is incredibly pregnant, and is going to pop absolutely ANY day now!! We look forward to meeting her little one soon.
