Pecos's Story:
Pecos is a big big brown Bureau of Land Management mustang gelding who we found set the ship to slaughter October 29th, 2024 from the McLean TX kill pen along with his best friend Ollie.
Pecos was born wild and free in 2011! He and Ollie have likely been together for years and years as they are so bonded and basically joined at the hip at all times!
Pecos is an adorable big guy with a sweet personality. He loves scratches and treats and basically any human interaction! We believe he will be a great candidate for our kids & veterans programs that we have in the works, but of course it will be his decision to participate or not. We think he certainly won’t mind extra love and attention!!
